Ahh, that’s better.

Take a seat.  Get grounded.  Connect to the lightness of source energy through your breath.  Continue to breathe and find your place in this balance between being grounded in all the details of this moment and the divine flow of your life.  Let your mind settle, your body restructure itself, your emotions calm and regain trust that “yes, this is where I’m supposed to be right now and am moving ahead with Grace.”

Now stretch out on your yoga mat and take a pose, any pose.  Maybe start with Downward Facing Dog and then flow from there.  If you need inspiration, try conscious breathing, either seated or partnered with movement.
