We are in this together.

Jodi is our LIGHT guiding yes as we flow through these dark times together. We are not alone. We are in a strong community bound together by love, friendships and our practice. During the uncertain times taking time for yourself is necessary to recharge, balance and align. As we native through this together my hope is that we set intentions for this time we have away from additional distractions. That we find the good and take advent of time with our families to reflect and love one another.
Even while there are so many online yoga options these days, I look forward to my weekly online Zoom classes with Jodi as a touchstone. Her beautiful heart, fun sense of humor, solid instruction, and lovely community inspires me towards Grace.

Yoga with Jodi is always a bright spot in my day. Learning mindfulness strength and balance helps me throughout my day.
Practicing with Jodi on zoom has been the most grounding, anxiety-releasing, peace-bringing thing I have been able to do for myself during these strange times! It has felt so good to be able to practice with friends and community members to remember we are all in this together, and bring a sense of normalcy by practicing together, even if it’s through a screen!

Joining Jodi’s yoga class through zoom has opened up an amazing opportunity for me. I have been very hesitant in the past due ot physical complications and the worry of scrutiny. being able to do yoga privately in my home has given me the confidence I needed to start on this journey. One might think that yoga and zoom don’t go together, but for me doing yoga via zoom has actually brought me to the true practice of yoga , as I find myself really focusing on doing my best practice, not worrying about how my pose is, or whether my toe nails are painted. Thank you, Jodi.
Jodi’s class let’s me find my center every week. Bringing it into my own living room is a convenient bonus!
After going many weeks with out yoga, I gave Jodi’s zoom class a try and I am so glad that I did. The connectional the movement felt like FREEDOM! Class put me into a space of opening to love and wisdom for my body, my mind and my heart!
Jodi creates a beautiful space for connection, community and a sacred space. Her practice is enjoyable, invigorating and, of course, FUN. Thanks for brining together our Sangha and providing instruction, light and love to the community and our practice.
Jodi has been a huge help to me during Covid! I sit too much, she stretches me. I fell closed in, she opens me. The balance she’s brought to my mind and body is helping me through in a happy way!
