Bulletproof Coffee

2-3 cups freshly brewed coffee
1 Tbsp Coconut Oil
I Tbsp Ghee Butter from Grass-fed Cows (like Kerrygold unsalted)
1/2 – 1 Tbsp Coconut Sugar  (or Monk Fruit sweetener)
(optional milk of your choosing (coconut, cow, almond, pea protein) 1-2 cups)
(optional 1 scoop of collagen powder)
(optional 1-2 drops doTERRA digestible essential oil, like cinnamon, cardamom or peppermint)

After freshly brewing your coffee, add all ingredients to a high speed blender and blend for 30-60 seconds.

Things I have learned
It’s a nice touch to add essential oil if you like that flavoring and/or a little bit of the cinnamon on top, or vanilla powder {link} or cacao powder {link}.

This is best made with fresh hot coffee for the fats to blend into a creamy texture.

My favorite milks are either Califia Almond or Coconut,  So Delicious Coconut or full Fat organic Dairy Milk
