Here are some classes from my Patreon Yoga Library, which are a free offerings for you to experience.
Let’s do some yoga together.

 Included is a mix of meditation, shorter and longer movement practices and breath work.  Please visit the other pages of videos for the range of what is available if you join Patreon!

These free classes are “all-levels”; offering a range of practices that are beneficial with proper alignment, variations and care.  Have awareness of what’s right for you and enjoy.

Paying attention fully to our breathing can help us find our ‘center’, where we feel most like ourselves.  When we are pulled away from this feeling of truth, taking a conscious breath or two or three or more can take us right back to this space.  Then, we are more able to move through whatever comes up for us from our space of truth, balance and clarity.
