Privates for individuals are the perfect augmentation to a regular practice and to address special areas of learning, specific needs or just to take yourself deeper into one specific area with one on one direction and guidance.
Private sessions for groups are a fun way to create a class for you and your group at the day and time that is best for you.
Private sessions are ideal for:

- Practitioners delving deeper into the specifics of their practice
- Groups wanting a weekly class on a day and time of their choosing

Open Group classes in Saint Helena, Napa Valley
Please join the weekly open classes offered in the Napa Valley if you are in the area. Both classes are considered ‘all levels/intermediate’, meaning that all levels are welcome to attend as long as you have the willingness to be humbly in tune with what is best for your body. Please feel WELCOME to join if you are a seasoned practitioner or if you choosing to experience class for the first time (ever, or it’s been so long that you don’t know where your yoga mat is). The quality instruction offered in these group sessions is intended for beginning, intermediate and advanced level students with informative guidance and encouragement to meet individuals’ needs, while moving the group together as a whole.

Beginners new to attending a yoga class; please go at a slower pace to stay connected to your body’s messages while experiencing the support of being in a class together. Please consider a private session with me prior to class so that I can personally help you comfortably attune yourself to what to expect in class so you stay safe and reap the most benefits. Also, consider watching the foundation fundamentals tutorial and the sun salutation fundamentals video as well as the other tutorials.
Advanced practitioners with an existing practice; please enjoy additional instruction to augment what you already experience in your journey of yoga and revel in the opportunity to expand your practice even further! A new perspective and teaching can be just the thing to infuse brilliancy into our yoga. Please consider getting familiar with the style by enjoying some of the online sessions now.
Please note that classes will offer flow that includes Sun Salutation, inversions and backbends; all of which are modifiable. With the flow of class, I can offer some modifications during class and do recommend a private session prior to the date of your class if the art of modifying is new to you.
The practice is to BE HERE NOW and move with GRATITUDE and FREEDOM to let your inner light of your heart SHINE. Lead with LOVE, follow your BREATH, strongly ALIGN and STRENGTHEN, RELEASE resistance and ENJOY THE FLOW. Every session will reaffirm that you are on your PATH TO BALANCE. Enjoy your class!
PRIVATE SESSION PAYMENTS
Travel fees will be added for sessions over a fifteen minute drive from Rutherford. No travel fee for St. Helena sessions. Extra charge for holiday sessions.
